WAYSA referee training course. Every facet of the game is covered, WAYSA
special rules, and dealing with adults. Joe is a registered referee and WAYSA’s
2004 Referee Director.

things you look for in a ball?
1) must be a size 4 ball
2)
must be safe – no
torn seams, edges; must be seamed
3) must be lively – under-inflated balls make for boring games
